Construction of Skin and Bones Theater is nearly complete. We're in the final permitting stages, which sometimes feels interminable. But soon enough, we'll be ready to welcome you to our new cinema and flexible performance space at 118 W Parrish Street in Durham!

THANKS TO EVERYONE who contributed to our fundraising drive over the last six weeks to help Build the Bones! All told, you helped us go over our goal, contributing over $57K to help build Skin and Bones Theater!
Durham really showed up for us, and we couldn’t be more floored and thankful. From the bottom of our hearts, thanks for being on this journey with us. We couldn’t do any of this without you. We value your trust, and we’ll work hard to bring Durham the social cinema it deserves.
Extra special thanks to the visionaries we’ve called “The Dynamic Duo” since they started working with us last December, Mistyre Bonds and Barbara Dajour. This incredible team has literally introduced Skin and Bones to the world via social media and emails, developed strategies and frameworks for S&B to use going forward, and spearheaded the fundraising push that is going to make it all possible. Thank you Barbara and Mistyre!
